Map The Moment –
Build The Experience

Hi, and welcome.

This site is about service design, experience research, and the things I’ve learned from working at the edge of strategy, empathy, and everyday decisions.

I believe that every product, every service moment, happens in a specific context shaped by what people feel, what they’re going through, and what they need right then. If we want to design something meaningful, we have to start there.

Here you’ll find:

  • Portfolio – Projects that reflect how I work: asking better questions, navigating complexity, and designing for real-life use.
  • Blog – Notes on design, behavior, and the invisible stuff that makes experiences work (or not).

I’m drawn to the moments where something clicks, where design makes things clearer, kinder, or just easier to deal with. That’s what I try to do in my work.

Take a look around. Reach out if you feel like talking.
